Buying
A prepaid code for a fixed amount that you redeem at merchants in our network. Universal vouchers work at any merchant that accepts them. Merchant vouchers work at one specific merchant.
No. You can buy as a guest with just your email. With a free account you also get a vault for your codes, your order history and spending limits.
Up to five in a single order. Each one gets its own code. Want more? Place another order.
We email it as soon as your bank confirms the payment. If it is not in your inbox after a few minutes, check your spam folder, then use Recover a voucher.
Yes. Forward the code or give it in person. Whoever has the code can use it, so only share it with the person it is for.
Using vouchers
A universal voucher works at any merchant in the network that accepts universal vouchers. A merchant voucher works only at the merchant named on it.
No. Each voucher is used once, for its full amount, so you never end up with small balances spread across merchants.
Yes. The expiry date is on your voucher and in the purchase email. We remind you by email 30 days and 7 days before it runs out.
On the merchant's top-up page, choose Pay with voucher. You pay on Vouchereto and go back to the merchant with the amount already added to your account.
Check for typos first. The code may also be expired, already used, or meant for a different merchant. If none of those fit, contact us with your order number.
Your account
The part of your account where your vouchers live, with your orders and receipts. Codes are masked and we ask for your password before showing one in full.
You choose a daily, weekly or monthly cap. Purchases that would take you over it are blocked. You can also pause buying altogether and switch it back on later.
By regulation, when what you buy within 30 days goes over a set threshold, we must verify the buyer. It is done online from your account, and only once.
Yes, from your account settings or by writing to us. We keep some records for as long as the law requires. Orders and identity checks are kept for 5 years after your last purchase, then deleted.
Payments and fees
The voucher amount plus a service fee, if one applies. You see the amount, the fee and the total before you pay.
Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Every payment goes through 3D Secure, so your bank confirms it.

Vouchers are sold in US dollars (USD), Canadian dollars (CAD), euros (EUR) and Hong Kong dollars (HKD). The currency is shown before you pay. Your bank may charge its own conversion fee.
Problems and refunds
If you have an account, it is in your vault. If you bought as a guest, use Recover a voucher with your order number (VC-…) and the email you used. We resend it to that email.
Unused vouchers can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, to the card you paid with. Used vouchers cannot be refunded. See our refund policy for the details.
Search your inbox for an email from Vouchereto with the same amount. If you still don't recognise it, contact us and your bank right away.
Be careful. Legitimate companies and government agencies do not ask for payment in voucher codes. Do not share the code, and contact us.
