For merchants

Let customers top up with prepaid vouchers

They pay us by card. You get a confirmed redemption and the amount in your next settlement.

Merchants join by invitation, after we verify the company.

How a top-up flows

  1. Your siteThe customer chooses Pay with voucher.
  2. VoucheretoCard payment with 3D Secure.
  3. APIRedemption reserved, then captured.
  4. Your siteBalance credited to the customer.

What you get by accepting vouchers

Credit only what's confirmed

A voucher is locked to your customer when you reserve it and only becomes yours when you capture it. Credit the balance after the capture succeeds.

A payment option for card-shy customers

Customers who prefer not to type their card into every site can pay with a prepaid voucher instead.

Universal and your own vouchers

Accept universal vouchers from the whole network, vouchers sold only for your platform, or both.

Settlements you can reconcile

Every settlement comes with a CSV of the redemptions it covers, one line per redemption.

Two ways to integrate

POST /v1/checkout-sessions

Hosted checkout

Create a checkout session with the amount and send the customer to our payment page. They pay, and come back with the voucher already applied.

  • One API call to create the session
  • We handle the card payment and 3D Secure
  • checkout.completed webhook when it is done
POST /v1/redemptions

REST API

Take the voucher code in your own interface and redeem it in two steps. Full control over the experience.

  • Reserve, then capture or cancel
  • HMAC-signed requests and idempotency keys
  • Signed webhooks for every state change

From invite to live

  1. Request an invite

Tell us about your company and platform. We reply to every request.

  2. Company verification

We verify the company, its owners and its business. Documents: certificate of incorporation or business registration, list of directors and shareholders, ID and proof of address for directors and for anyone owning 25% or more, proof of business address, a description of your business and website, and bank details in the company's name.

  3. Build in the sandbox

Test keys, test vouchers in any state and webhooks, with no real money involved.

  4. Go live

Once the integration passes review, you get live keys and start accepting vouchers.
