- Each voucher is single use, for its full amount, and expires on the date shown.
- You keep your code safe. Anyone with the code can use it.
Who we are
Vouchereto is operated by Startech Solutions Limited, China Hong Kong Tower, 8-12 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong ("we"). These terms apply when you visit vouchereto.com, buy a voucher or open an account.
What a voucher is
A prepaid code for a fixed amount, issued by Startech Solutions Limited (universal vouchers: an issuer licensed as a stored value facility) and sold by us. Universal vouchers can be redeemed at any participating merchant that accepts them. Merchant vouchers can be redeemed only at the merchant named on them.
Buying
You can buy as a guest or with an account, up to five vouchers per order. Prices, fees and the total are shown before payment. Payment is by card, confirmed with 3D Secure.
Using a voucher
A voucher is redeemed once, for its full value. Partial redemption and leftover balances are not supported. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash except where the law requires it.
Expiry
Every voucher has an expiry date, shown on the voucher and in the purchase email. After that date it can no longer be redeemed and its value is not refunded, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
Accounts, limits and verification
You are responsible for your login details. You can set spending limits or pause purchases. We may ask you to verify your identity when your purchases pass legal thresholds, and may refuse or cancel orders we cannot verify.
Liability and disputes
Our total liability for any claim about a voucher is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the goods and services a merchant provides. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your statutory rights as a consumer. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and disputes go to the Hong Kong courts. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim there.
