A Vouchereto voucher is a prepaid code. You pay for it once with your card, we email it to you, and you spend it at a merchant in our network.

Step by step

Choose a voucher
Pick a universal voucher, which works at any merchant in the network, or a voucher for one specific merchant. Choose the amount and how many you want, up to five per order. The amount, any service fee and the total are on screen before you pay.
Pay by card
You enter your card on our payment processor's secure form. Your bank then confirms the payment with 3D Secure, usually with a code or a tap in your banking app. On your statement the charge shows as a voucher purchase.
Get your code
As soon as the payment is confirmed, we email you the code, the amount, the expiry date and your order number (it starts with VC-). If you have an account, the voucher is also saved to your vault.
Spend it
Enter the code at a participating merchant and the full amount goes to your account there. If you started from the merchant's checkout, you skip this step: the amount is applied for you.

One use, full amount
Each voucher is redeemed once, for its full value. There are no leftover balances.
It has an expiry date
The date is on the voucher and in the purchase email. We remind you 30 and 7 days before.
Up to five per order
Each voucher in the order gets its own code. Need more? Place another order.
Universal or one merchant
Universal vouchers work at every participating merchant that accepts them. Merchant vouchers work at one.
Currencies
Vouchers are sold in US dollars (USD), Canadian dollars (CAD), euros (EUR) and Hong Kong dollars (HKD). The currency is shown before you pay.
Identity checks
When your purchases within 30 days pass a set threshold, we verify your identity once, online.
